Hiya all need a bit of help pointing my dinner tonight. I normally cook ww dinners or something from a packet so I can pp it but tonite I cooked roast chicken and I have no idea how much to allow for it

I ate
2 scoops of potato ( no added butter or anything)
Small piece of chicken breast ( maybe a quarter of one breast) again no sauces or added xtras
Small spoon of stuffing (teaspoon)
One small roast potato (size of a golf ball)
Then slice of cooked ham and lots of veg

How much should I allow I'm useless at pointing things like this?

Polly

I reckon 2pp for the mashed potato, chicken 1-2pp, 2pp roast, 1pp ham

So that 6-7pp not including the stuffing because it would depend what kind of stuffing it was. 0 for the veges as long as the are just steamed/boiled with no butter/oil.

9pp is my guesstimate, but that would definately be the highest that meal would be (it probably is less). Best way to do it is weigh as you go and point from there xx
