I was up in the night with bloody vomiting and felt really knackered this morning even though I'd stopped being sick. I knew I had to eat something to line my stomach - I looked at a strawberry shake... I looked at the breadbin.... I looked back at the shake... and then put a piece of bread on my plate! A slice of buttered white bread later the need was satiated and luckily I didn't go for a second!
I've googled the carbs and calories in my slip up, and I'm just going to have a soup at lunch and shake in the evening (no bars today). I've no intention of beating myself up over it but instead I'm drawing a line under it and moving on.
