If you're hungry, it's usually because you need to eat. Clearly the shakes aren't giving you enough of particular nutrients that you need so your body is making you hungry to top it up. Find good sources of food to keep yourself topped up, fruit and the like. If you can't satiate your hunger, the diet you're on isn't working for you so you should probably change it from the sounds of what you're saying. We're all different and we all need different levels of nutrients so an off the shelf diet is always gonna work differently in each case.
