Im gutted. overnight i have managed to gain 3lbs. No totm, so how has this happened? my own fault knowing i should not weigh in daily. roll on next Tuesday!
You are probably just retaining water, I read that when you lose weight through ketosis, the fat cells fill with water and also if you've exercised at all, if you have aching muscles and such that water moves to the muscle while it repairs. Don't let it get you down! Put those scales away until your next weigh in and you'll have a good loss.
