Total Solution Day two blues

Hi everyone. I did cambridge diet a year and a half ago and lost four and a half stone. I'm back onto exante as I live in gran canaria now and can't do Cambridge. I am 24 years old and have struggled with losing lots of weight and puting it back on again all my life. I want to get it off for good now. I don't remeber it being this hard last tome. Reading all your comments is keeping me positive. Last time I had my twin sister doing it too for support bit she has aced it and kept all the weight off. I think moving to a new country, drinking lots and eating emotionally had let the weight creep on again. I hope I can stick with it for good this time and reading all your amazing posts will keep me going?? Im determined yet scared of coming of the losing weight bandwagon :( hopefully all these positive posts are good enough determination x

Hi!!!

Minimins is awesome for perking you up. Always a helpful word when you need it.

Good luck!

Thank you. I have disapproving friends out here who don't approve of this method of weight loss. But I know it works for me. Just got to keep going day by day. Hopefully ketosis will kick on soon and time will fly by! Bikini ready soon I hope. Two stone to go. Xxx

Well one of my friends who is of a similar weight to me was going on and on about how it's not healthy, you can't live on just shakes etc etc and 2 weeks ago she says to me 'Oh I'm starting Lipotrim on Monday' ?!?!?!

Cow that she is has lost more weight than me (better willpower) but talking about changing to exante and doing ws as she's finding it really hard going.

Well I weighed myself and somehow I seem to have lost since starting this diet and before about two weeks overall about eleven pounds which is fanastic!!!!! So a good boost although I had an emotional day at work on Friday and as a consequence came off the diet for the weekend. Determined to be back on it Monday strict and on the straight and narrow :(. I am such an emotional eater it's terrible!!!!!
