Movicol ok on lipotrim?

As anyone had confirmation that Movicol Is ok with ketosis and the whole lipotrim diet?iv got loads of sachets but afraid to use but could do with using one!

Wheni was REALLY struggling when i turned to movicol from senna i had two in a glass of water.... and lets just say you don't really want to go out for a couple of hrs.... not cramps or anything like that though.... and i now take 1 a day in the morning.... as i'm on re-feed now i am going to have one every other day i think!!! X
