Heya gang

Its been suggested I stay off wheat for health issues. I have done wheat free before but not whilst following an eating plan. Anyone else having to stay off wheat whilst following the pro points plan? Any hints and tips gratefully received :)

No one at all? Darn it

Hi I am generally gluten free, not religiously ie I don't check for it in soups, ready meals etc but I don't eat bread or pasta any more.

All supermarkets now sell gluten free items.. I tend to have Dietry Specials Brown Ciabatta rolls which are 3pp each but are very small.

I also have gluten free cornflakes.

I never eat pasta, but am ok with rice, potatoes and quinoa.

Hiya, sorry I wasn't on all weekend. I was told I'm wheat intolerent a few weeks ago and was told to stay away from it completely. I have stayed off it for a few weeks now barr a few days. I feel much much better and all unpleasant symptoms have disappeared (and reappeared when I've taken wheat). I keep a diary on here if you wanna take a nosy, the link is in my signature. I haven't really changed much, I don't eat ready meals at all (they nearly all contain gluten and most have wheat), I don't take regular sausages (I found a butcher that makes his own wheat free ones so I've stocked the freezer), I eat wheat free pasta, rice noodles and check labels. Must say after a while its second nature and I find it okay. Except when I discovered chrisps have wheat in them lol :-(

Having tests done in December to see if I'm caeliac!
