HERBALIFE

I like to have a Herbalife for breakfast (formula 1) in the morning for breakfast, crammed full of frozen berries. Lovely. I usually make it with semiskimmed milk. (250 ml).

My question is, does any not how many Syns are there in the 2 scoops used in the shake?

Thanks

1 syn for every 20 calories but likely to be high as it is a full meal replacement. Sorry I know nothing about Herbalife do the berries come with it or do you add them? Are they eaten whole or blended? if the latter then they would also need to be synned. You could take the milk as your HEB however which would help lower the syns. But why do not just do the same thing but use syn free yoghurt?

Hi.
I use frozen berries that I put into the milk/herbalife combo. I've been taking that as a free food. Good idea to use syn free yoghurt.

On the label it states that a 25g portion (which is 2 scoops) has 89 calories, 2.2grams of fat. So that's 4.5 Syns? Wow that's a lot.
