hmm bit worried

Hi, i am into my 4th week now and up until this point i have been fine. since the last 2 days i have been experiencing an upset tummy and my stomach would make growling noises even when im not hungry and after going to the loo. also i am 1 week late on my 'time of the month'. has any1 else experienced this? is this normal?
is it worth talking to me councellor about?

Regarding stomach mine growls quite often I don't feel hungry! But the upset tummy , have u tried a different food pack?! Maybe something is not agreeing with you! Or maybe it's a bug?!
Regarding totm I think it's completely normal I wish mine was ur way! I'm the other way where I seem to be on then off a couple of days then on again! It's a drastic diet and it will interfere with ur cycles!
