I've been milling around for ages, so it's now time for my own thread.
I don't have a massive amount of weight to lose i know, but i was 12stone a couple of years ago. With a very unhealthy lack of eating and a bit of heartache thrown in, i got down to 7.5 stone, but recently i've put back on 1.5 stone. i need to do something about this now. I remember vividly getting on the scales 2 years ago and seeing the dial hit 12 stone and thinking 'How on earth did that happen???'. It seems strange that i didn't notice, but it felt like a bolt out of the blue, and i don't want to wake up one day and suddenly have to face the realisation that it's happened again.
I've never had a particularly healthy relationship with food, but it's time for a change.
I'll be doing Green days 'cause i'm a pescatarian, though i rarely eat fish so when i do, i'll syn it. Plus i love my carbs, so it'll suit me fine.
I'll be having 2 HexA's & 2 HexB's everyday, and 50 syns per week, which works out at just over 7 a day.
So here goes.....Day 1 and 9 stone!
Breakfast
2x Slices of Nimble Bread Toasted HexB
Tinned Spaghetti
Lunch
Bachelor's Tomato Pasta Pot (Won't be having this again, it was sooo bland!!!)
Wholemeal Roll HexB
Cherry Toms, Blueberries & Clementine
Vanilla & Choc sprinkles mullerlight (Love these!!)
Dinner
Jacket Potato with Beans & 42g half fat cheddar HexA
Salad leaves & Cucumber
Snacks
Quavers: 4.5 Syns
Quorn Savoury Bite 2.5 Syns
Milk in tea: HexA
Total Syns: 7
Weekly Syns 7/50
