Swollen feet

Hi guys. Can any1 help. My friend had a baby 12 weeks ago. Since then her feet have gone huge. No water tablets, feet up or anything helps.
Does any1 know what this could be?
Even silly suggestions are worth a try xx

Swelling/water retention is a sign that there is something wrong. she needs to go to the doctor!!!
