I can't get motivates to get back on track! Stopped lipotrim bars and shakes about a month ago! Need to get back to it or else I know I'm going to be glum at Christmas!! :(
 
Mandy have you completed the refeed week? If you have well done, and well done on your losses so far!! I know it's hard but do you really want to spend another Christmas feeling uncomfortable????

Follow day 1 to 3 of refeed for a week and you should see a drop on the scales! Also it will help cleanse that palet again.
