In the magaazines they do weekly meal planners - you could use those as well~?
I do Red days and have lots of different things:
Quorn Sausages and Rattatouile
Chicken Breasts and Salad
Fishsticks and salad
Ham and Cheese Salad
Soup (homemade) some tinned soups are HEB choices (check on line)
Pitta bread pizza - use HEB of Pitta, add cheese and toppings.
Egg and Bacon Salad
Leftover curry/spag bol/chilli - and serve with a pitta bread of a HEB of Jacket potato.
