Hi everyone.
So happy with my 2nd weigh in and another 6lb loss, thats 18lb lost in just 14 days....its amazing!
I'm wondering now how much exercise I can do without causing a problem. I'm a member of the gym and have been swimming a couple of times but as yet not been back on any of the cardiovascular machines or weights as I'm not sure how much exercise is suitable on this diet. Any advice would be appreciated.
