Lunch: prawn/crab stick salad
Tea: syn free ssausages, baked potato and super free veg
Drinks: black coffee, juice, water
 
Tuesday food diary:
Breakfast: 1 meringue nest (3syns), bananas, yoghurt
Lunch: 5 gluten free high fibre crackers (HB)
Tea: Pork dinner with lots of super free veg
Drinks: Black coffee, juice, water, diet coke
 
Wednesday food diary:

Breakfast: grapefruit, yoghurt
Lunch: 5 glutafen crackers
Tea: prawn/crab salad with lots of super frees
Drinks: black coffee, juice, water
