Cheesecake

Hi guys

I am thinking about making a cheesecake for Christmas and was wondering if you have any recipes? I would like it to be New York style or white choc if possible with a digestive base. I would like the filling to be no cook if possible as I prefer the texture of cheesecakes where the filling is chilled but not baked.

Any ideas would be welcome!
