8 sausages (low fat or Joe's)
4 rashers bacon (fat removed)
1 tomato
112g grated mature cheese
1 onion
300g fat free cottage cheese
4 eggs

Preheat oven on a medium heat.
Take 6 of the sausages and peel off the skin. Spray a flan dish with frylight and then press the sausagemeat in to the dish to make a base.
Chop the bacon, onion and remaining 2 sausages and lightly fry in frylight.
Whisk the cottage cheese with the 4 eggs and mix the cheese in.
Add the sausage, bacon and onion pieces and mix these in.
Pour this mixture on top of the sausagemeat base and spread evenly.
Slice the tomato and lightly fry. Arrange these pieces on top of the quiche.
Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
Can be eaten hot or cold, if eating hot leave for about 10 mins to set before serving.

On red/ee days, in quarter of the quiche there is 1 Hex B (Cheese) and 0-2 syns (0 if Joe's sausages, 2 if low fat)

This quiche is the tastiest I have tried!!

Sounds very tasty will have try this.

I think when you make a sw quiche, whatever ingredient you use in it, making the base out of low fat sausage meat is great!! I am going to do one tomorrow with toms and onion and my hex a cheese I think :eat:
