Rainbow chard

We have been in the veg plot this afternoon getting in a late harvest! I seem to have grown enough rainbow chard to feed the whole of the county! I will be googling for some recipes, and I have done a search on here.

Ideas so far.... stir fried with spices, chillis, lemon/lime juice, soy sauce etc in different variations,
... to use the leaves as a substitute for spinach in recipes, esp soups, pasta, pasties, curry side dishes
.... I have separated out some of the really baby fresh leaves to use in salads

Anyone have any other ideas/favourites?

Has anyone frozen it successfully?
