Should I Carry On

Hello Everyone!

Ive had an awful day and felt very unwell which led to me fainting in Leeds today!!!! I really need to sort my weight and life out but I'm scared of being unwell!
Yesterday I had 5 lots of blood taken one of which went towards my blood sugars which I had a problem with a couple of years ago. I felt unwell since I had my bloods done and it all went a bit wrong today!!!
I'm not sure whether to carry this on but I would love to, I'm just worried that I rely on my sugar intake more than I think!

Help/ideas/advice would be very much appreciated!

Thanks

Ok I'm going to start a fresh tomorrow!

Back on attack!

I have put everything, ticked yes to eating less making me tired and also realised that my heaviest weight was too low!

So, 6 days on attack which takes me to friday and then I'll see how I go!

Still feel terrible both from illness and the fact that I've sabotaged myself with bad food to make me feel better- grrrrrr! I do feel better in myself but I'm so disappointed!

i wouldnt do attack again as it takes too much out of your body... continue on cruise and make sure you eat and drink enough

Thanks Very much :)

I will! Im going out for dinner tomorrow so will carry on as normal and do a PP day.

I was worried about doing attack again! Hopefully I could pull it back! Think this has sorted me out tho!

Definitely make sure you eat and drink enough, and remember that this way of eating is much healthier for you than stodge and saturated fat so you are doing a good thing for your body:)

I will definitely be eating more, I think I was supplementing this with liquids!!! I do love this plan and I know im doing good I think my body just needs to adjust! I hope my doctor doesn't feel any different after my results come back....

Thanks :)

You had five lots of bloods done!!! Even on my best days that would make me feel light-headed so the fainting seems like a natural reaction if you ask me...
Stick with the plan, don't give yourself an excuse to quit x

Agree with wickedstepmum, five lots of blood being taken is enough to get any one to keel over, eat more of the stuff you are allowed and always have something on hand for when you feel a bit dodgy. I do a fairly physical job and a couple of times i have felt pretty ropey but a couple of bits of chicken or a dollop of ff yoghurt and I pretty quickly feel better. Don't quit when you are doing SOOOO well. T x

Thanks everyone! Im back on it and loving it! Sugars are just bordering on normal so I have to be careful but I'll be ok :)

I have stocked up and got prepared so hopefully it wont happen again!
