Day 1 of lipotrim

Hi guys,

Just started day 1 and it is extremely hard, but I've made a big promise to stick with it, not told my family and friends as they usually think I won't last. So pretty much on my own.

I am excited and glad I found this website and meet many other people in my situation.

Hi! I started today too! I feel like it is going to be very hard but I get lots of inspiration from people on this website who have been on the diet for long periods of time. They assure me that it gets easier. Best of luck and fingers crossed we both have a good weigh in next Friday to spur us on!
