Exercise tips for a busy Mum? :)

Hi guys! I was just wondering if any other Mums out there have advice on how to fit an exercise routine into their day, when already having a million and one things to do? :cool:
 
I aim to get up before the children to do my weekday workouts
Weekends I get them to join in
Some days I simply opt for a house work session
Other days I have a lie in! :D
 
Thanks trimlee! I have a 10 month old son and he wakes up at 5:00 - 5:30am for the day, so getting up earlier is impossible when I'm a bit sleep deprived as it is! I guess I'll just put my tunes on while he's having his nap and do my chores bopping to some music! :party0049:

Hey Brit mum! How's it going? Found a way to get a bit more exercise in now? Enjoy being a mum though -such a beautiful blessing :)

i would try doing a DVD during nap time... it's not easy but its worth a try :eek:)
