A New Start!

I've joined SW again for the 4th time. Gutted because I am now the heaviest I've been and something HAS to be done!

The last few times I've done this diet, I get stuck eating the same foods...so this time, I've done a massive online shop and I'm going to make some meals from the recipe books!

Anyways...here's how my first day went!

THURSDAY 10TH NOVEMBER
- Cherry tomatoes
- Grapes
- Bachelors Savoury Rice
- Spaghetti Hoops
- Carrots
- Tinned Tuna
- Pasta 'n' Sauce - Tomato & Herb
- S.W Roasties
- Diet Coke
- 3x Babybel Light (HEA)
- 2x Hi-Fi Light (HEB)

FRIDAY 11TH NOVEMBER (so far...)
- Scrambled Egg
- Bacon
- Spaghetti Hoops
- Black Tea + Sweetner
 
FRIDAY 11TH NOVEMBER

BREAKFAST
- spaghetti hoops
- scrambled egg
- bacon
- 1 slice WW brown Danish bread (part HEX B)

SNACK
- Vanilla Muller Light Yogurt

LUNCH
- ham and pease pudding sandwich made with 2 slices WW brown Danish bread (part HEX B)
- 3x babybel light (HEX A)
- crabsticks
- apple
- banana
- Coconut Muller Light Yogurt

DINNER
- SW Chow Mein (lean pork, spices, egg noodles, stir fry veg, soy sauce)

DRINKS
- black tea with sweetener
- diet coke
