Has anyone heard of this saying "breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper"
It really does make sense, having a full meal in the morning to give you the energy through the day as opposed to having it in the evening and not burning it off.
I have not tried it but I am considering it. My daughter is up for it but I am sure I will have trouble convincing my hubby to do it when he does not like to have breakfast at the best of time
