Hi folks,

Well after feeling great yesterday i feel rotten today. I have a headache, i feel sick to the point i may actually vomit, i NEED to poo and i can't and i feel like my insides are acidy, almost like heart burn but everywhere :-(
 
Have a word with your CDC and your doc sounds like a mix of possibilitys!
Try taking some senokot to relieve at least one of your problems and see if your stomach improves from that.
Let us know how you get on x
 
Omg, I am having the exact same symptoms!! Day 3 today and I woke up feeling dizzy and wanting to throw up, I feel slightly faint/dizzy at work, keep on drinking to feel better but all that water is making me feel nauseous! I am hoping this won't be the case tomorrow and it's just because I'm going into ketosis??!
 
If you are feeling dizzy and faint you may need to up your calorie intake, maybe your more active than your diet accounts for?
This is only what my CDC has told me but you could ask yours :)
 
I felt nauseous yesterday day 3 but is subsided but I did feel dreadful and exhausted by bed time. Today is Day 4 and I feel better. Maybe depends what degree of ketosis one is in and causes nausea? Dont give up though! It will pass.

Thanks krissy. Unfortunately i gave in totally and ate :-( admittedly it did make me feel a lot better but cheats aren't gonna get me to goal!

Ill be straight back on tomorrow and hopefully not feel so poorly.

I have been doing hour long walks on my lunch so maybe i am using up too many calories. Hmm ill ask my CDC about that.

Anyway I've ordered next weeks SS stuff so going to stick it out and if i still feel rough ill see about ss+ xx
 
Least your getting straight back on Batlo :)

I know its no good giving it but if you really have to try to eat meat and no carbs as that way you have a better chance of staying in ketosis.

SS+ Might be a better option thou as you can wean yourself of carbs and by doing that you will find that you get less hunger cravings.
