I am starting cd tomorrow! Am getting nervous as I know from tomorrow it'll be soups & shakes for me
I am looking forward to having your support on here
Any advise on getting through the first few day (other than locking myself away ) would be gratefully recieved
One other question - I play hockey and should I do anything to keep my energy levels up on a match day or will I be ok once I go into ketosis?
