Consolidation Had the email to start the Conso Phase!

So had the email today off Dukan Uk to say i've entered the next phase - :happy036:Consolidation here i come!! I'm so relieved i know i've been a right Mizog moaning bout the diet (i really didn't like it though lol) but i stuck with it and its worked! Can't wait to start having wholemeal bread again and already picturing wholemeal pasta with extra light philli and wholegrain mustard with some type of protien :gimi:. Hope it doesn't make me pile the pounds straight back on and funnily enough now as i know i can have the new stuff i feel able to wait a few days - just since i put in my goal as 10.10 but i thought true weight was 10.7- i reached 10.9.7 today so would like to see if can get last 2lb off before starting conso! If not no harm done :bliss:

Gah just checked my programme and my True Weight IS 10.7 but i should have got there by today (9/11/11) so think thats why email was sent to say welcome to new phase! Think i will try and hold off then till ACTUALLY reach true weight! hummmphh thought there was light at end of the tunnel then, what a tease!

Gosh that is a tease! You must be disappointed! At least now you can start thinking about your menus. It would be very interesting to us to see what they recommend in Conso for your menus.
