ive jsut started atkins again after a major break (and weight gain)
tuna was definately a weekly meal for me last time and will be again.
my fav is tuna fishcakes.
just mix up a can of tuna wil a medium egg, add some dried onion and garlic powder, some dried herbs, mould into patties and fry for a few mins either side. delicous with some mixed leaves and a little mayo. x
