Hi, I've introduced myself (on the wrong thread I think...) and explained that I joined SW last night. I went to a group, but don't think I'll rejoin it and will try and make some sense of the diet. I feel completely overwhelmed and can't get my head around the diet at all (other than the superfree foods). Today, I have just tried to make healthy choices as I can't figure out what is group A/B or a syn etc.
Today I have eaten;
Porridge made with skimmed milk
A banana for break
Lunch: Homemade watercress soup
3 oatcakes
Low fat natural yoghurt with grapes
Dinner: Beans on 2 slices of wheat free toast.
5 cups of tea today with skimmed milk.
I daren't eat any more as I don't know if this is within limits or not.
I work full time and have 2 young children so haven't got loads of time to prepare food. My biggest problem is that todays food isn't much different to my normal days diet yet I'm one and a half stone overweight
Please could someone shed some light on my food diary. Thank you so much.
