I there, have been at sw for 5 weeks, lost up to last week 81/2 lb so pleased with that but stuck to it like rigid, swam a mile twice last week, ran 4 miles, ate beans and ryvita while husband and daughter had fish and chips, even missed lunch Saturday (not intentionally) and put on 2lb this week! Do not know what to do, whether to eat less or eat more, leader does not even know I exist as never stay to class, too many other things to do and find them very condescending if I'm honest?
