For me this isnt a good thing i've tried every diet going this past year i think and have managed to shift 3 stone but have since stalled.
What i think i need to do is get back to basics and start again. I'd love to learn to cook properly and so have signed up for a cookery class at my daughters nursery in the new year. I also want to feel im in control of what i eat without relying on points or shakes to do it for me. I'd also love to learn about food properly in the way that i'd know which was better for me ie protein, fat and carbs values. That way i could make informed decisions.
Bear with me please, i may get anoying at times with all my questions but i really am starting from scratch.
