I find it fascinating how the weightloss varies. Everyday listed I was 100% SS - but the losses (and gains) vary so much!

really interesting. i weigh daily too, but mine fluctuate much more, day to day - more ups. that''s despite it being first thing, nude, after a wee every time.

It's is odd. How much it fluctuates! As long as I'm getting thinner - I don't mind if the scales aren't being friendly!
 
What a fascinating idea, I really like that!

Its amazing how the scales move around, but that's so chemically controlled it's not even funny.

I may have to start something similar - I weigh every day (using the same formula, best of 3, nude and post pee like spangles) but each day it varies to a huge degree!

Its really interesting to see daily weight loss, makes a change from the usual weekly weigh in!

I might start doing a daily weigh in, do you always weigh yourself at the same time of day etc?

Thanks. I'm pleased with how its going.

I always weigh first thing in the morning in my pj's, after a trip to the toilet!
So any fluctuations should be my body, not some other factors.

I started weighing daily because I wanted to see how much my weight fluctuates. So I know, once Im at goal, how much my weight will fluctuate without it being a long term problem. In the past, Ive avoided scales when I know Im getting bigger - but its this type of denial that got me to where I was.

I wouldn't recommend it if you think you might get deterred by your weight going up and down (which it will). Ive always been 100%, so had confidence the diet will work regardless of what the scales are saying on a particular day.
