Im new and a bit confused about the syn values of fat free yoghurts.

Are M&S Count On Us - Virtually Fat Free Yoghurts (Vanilla) syn free?

Some fat free yoghurts are syn free and others aren't (usually due to added sugar or starch).

Good news is that the M&S ones you asked about are free. There's a big thread at the top of this forum which is all about yoghurts - hopefully that might help you a bit.

I wasnt too sure. I had a look through another thread, and whilst one person said they were free, another said they had a syn value.
