Whoo hoo i am in the 13s
I have lost 4lbs. I am now 13st 10lbs. My start weight was 16st 10. I have lost 3st in 5 weeks. :talk017::wow:

Wow i am 16 12 and i feel at min im just here forever x but it prooves it can be done have u been 100% i just think thats an amaxing scary weight loss xx well done you must feel so proud xxx any tips

Wow Irishlass that is a fantastic 5 weeks you've had - how on earth have you been so sucessful? Do you have a magic formula or is it as simple as just sticking to it 100%

Thanks everyone. Im thrilled with the big loss. Its my very 1st try at vlcd and my body seems to love it alot. I started green tea at the same time too and i drink 4 and half Ltrs of water everyday so im sure that helps
The 1st week huge loss shocked me.....lol But i did have a nasty viral bug the day i started ,god i was so ill ,so im sure that helped wit the loss

Goodluck with your weight loss journey everyone. Its great seeing the scales go down at last

Well done that,is amazing!! You must be so motivated to keep going with those loses, your loosing more than a 1lb day! How do you manage to drink 4.5litres a day?!? Are u not at the loo every 2mins! lol Take it everyone has noticed your weight loss?
