Can I exercise on SS/SS+ PLEASE!!

I was on Cambridge SS/SS+ but stopped because I was not allowed to exercise (I love to spin, box and do weights).

It's odd because I'm now trying Lipotrim and they encourage you to exercise to improve your weight loss. Are n't they pretty much the same  I'm really struggling with the taste of Lipotrim and much prefer the variety of Cambridge.

Do you think I could go back to Cambridge SS/SS+ and continue my exercising???

On Cambridge SS it's not recommended to exercise the first 1-2 weeks, unless you're used to working out from before. If so, you should do an easier workout than you've done earlier due to the fact your intake is only 480(?) kcal a day which is around 700 kcal less than you need to maintain musclemass (1200). But due to the high proteincontent of the CD (50g per day) you keep muscleloss at a minimum, but that's of course when not exercising. I would recommend a higher diet if you want to exercise while doing CD. You could try 1000 or 1200 as these will support your required energy more than the SS and SS+ will.

Yes you can! I've exercised on all th cd plans from ss up! The first 2 weeks can be more difficult whilst your body is adapting to the change in fuel (carbs to fat)! I've moved onto the 810 plan and loads of exercise.... So far this week......

Saturday - Zumba
Sunday - walked dog
Monday - Waterbabies
Tuesday - ran 4 miles did 15 mins on bike, taught Zumba gold (usually teach another Zumba basics class too)

Today I'm going to try to get to either Zumba, the gym or out for a run.

Tomorrow it's Zumba, 4 mile run, teach Zumba

Friday 3 mile run

Sat probably nowt and Sunday there's a 2 hr zumbathon which I want to do.

Monday is my weigh day with my CDC and I'm off to the gym for an hour after that. Then it all starts again, as above!

Wow you really love to Zumba :) thanks for the advice. I'm going to start CD on Friday, exercise as usual and see how I go.

i love teaching zumba, but it's also nice to just participate sometimes too :)

I did it for the first time a couple of weeks ago and absolutely loved it :D. But I like to try and mix it up a bit. I also do spin, kettlebells, treadmill and boxing.

I used to do weights with a personal trainer but then she changed gyms and was too far for me. Then I had an op couldn't train for months and piled all the weight back on :(. It's so hard to get back into a routine and regain the fitness level that you once had but I'm determined to lose this weight and get back my fitness.
