Cruise PV How to make the 'gravy' for a stew??

Hello everyone!!

Hope you are all being good dukaners!!
I'm planning on making a beef stew for this evening, but am struggling to come up with how to make the sauce apart from using lots of stock cubes?

Any ideas will be greatly received!!!!

how about adapting jamie olivers recipe.
