Hi everyone,

Im Debra from Bolton near Manchester UK.

Over past 6 months have slowly lost 1 stone bringing weight down to 14.4 and BMI of 32.17.

Cant wait and cant believe im nearly there to being classed as just overweight rather than obese well actually another stone..

Would love to reach this target for xmas.. exactly 7 weeks till xmas so 2lb a week...

Going to start exercising next week im sure if i now upped my exercise i could get those 2lbs a week off....
