Tesco Smoky chicken and prawn gumbo

Hi, I had this for lunch today and chose this flavour as it was the lowest in calories. It is similar to one of the innocent pots.

It tasted lovely but there was only 2 prawns and 2 slivers of chicken in the full pot - the rest was rice, veg and tomato based sauce.

Can anyone tell me how many syns in the pot?
 
Its not on syns online, I cant find it on Tesco either.

Do you have the nutritional info? per 100g/per portion size:
Calories
Carbohydrates
Protein
Fat
Portion size

plus the first free ingredient on the list
 
Hi, I found it on Tesco after loads of searching. In the search engine it is spicy chicken and prawn gumbo.

It doesn't give you the nutritional info though and the pot is in the bin!

The OP doesn't know - no nutritional info online so we'll never know! Someone else will have to buy one or get the info so we can work it out.
