I have restarted today and i have blinding headache. I have drank 1.5littre. I am trying hard to ignore the headache. I think i will have an early night tonight.

Take some paracetamol if its driving you mad

Did you do any preparation before the diet?? It could be bad carbohydrate withdrawals if you didnt

As you know it does pass.
Drink lots try warm drinks alway helped me more.
Try to rest if poss.
