Hi all, after struggling at ww for the last 2 years ( have lost 2 1/2 stone but lost/gained the same 9 lb since March!) I decided I needed to do something else and am starting lipotrim tomorrow- any advice? Thanks

Be fully motivated!!! Go head straight into this diet knowing that u have wiped ur diary clear of any get togethers that may involve food!!( that is until u are comfortable around food) the first three days are the worst, but it gets easier and it's very rewarding when the scales drop :) I always carry a 2 litre bottle of water around with me and refill it. Drink drink drink :) good luck! And welcome :)

Not everyone will agree with this but weigh yourself every day on a pair of precision scales so you can see the weight just fall off. For me this was the best incentive x

Lesley I agree with u

Thank you, your weight losses are fantastic and very inspiring- am quite excited about starting on the programme now :)

i do the same but i do want to add that sometimes the scales stay the same for a while (a couple of days maybe), its quite normal don't freak out they will go down again don't let them be a negative force they should only be used for good lol x

Hi Carobert,
I reckon you've got the best start, with finding this forum already - I was a couple of weeks in before I did, but now I'm hooked and the people here are the greatest lot for support, advice and (sometimes greatly needed) humour.

You probably know that the first few days are the trickiest, so read loads and post often to keep yourself focussed (on the diet) and distracted (from temptations).

Best of luck, and enjoy the journey,
Marianne x
