first week losses

hi all, im on day two now and apart from feeling cold and having a head ache im doing good!
just wondering how everyone got one in there first week ?

This is the 2nd time I've done a VLCD and lost 11lbs in my first week both times. I think losses usually vary between 4-14lbs for women, depending on how much you have to lose and how much water you drink x
 
12lb in 8 days the first time i did it , ive restarted after a break and im on day 1 so hoping for the same again , but really dont think it will happen again
 
Phoenix, I reckon you could well do as well as last time in week 1. Keep the faith :)

I am on 4 items a day rather than the 3 i was on before , having said that I wasnt doing it 100% before anyway , as i was sneaking in odd bits of ham and cheese to get me through the day , hopefully my new plan will prevent the need for that
