Last minute weigh in tips!!

So by going to weigh in a day early last week and only losing 1pm, I vowed to use the extra day this week and make sure I had a good loss!
But easily done I've not been as good as I probably should of :( I've been eating tooooo much and also having more syns than I usually do (I normal have between 5-10 but this week almost every day 8've had full 15)
Weigh in tomorrow and I'm wondering if anyone has any last minute tips for me!? I don't get weighed in ntill 7pm either so a v. Hungry day for me tomorrow!
