Weight this morning 83.8KG (woo hoo) not been this weight since forever - loving the Dukan effect but a bit bored of the diet :-(

Crels, hope you don't mind me taking a sneeky peek at you diary. Tried doing Dukan for a week, but by day 3 I'd folded, so not given it a good try. Going back for a 2nd try, but really going for it this time on Monday (after my weekend away). Got a few ideas for food. Well done on the loss :)

I know peanuts are not allowed. But I get so bored that I sneak a few in. I am trying to be honest about my food consumption. So on the basis that they are low carb I have them. It does not appear to have stopped the weight loss but maybe I would have lost more if I didn't eat them :)

Thank you! I do find it difficult, I would have given up after day 2 but then the scales moved!

I had been doing WW propoints and had not seen any losses for months so it was really motivating to see the scales go down. I did lose 2 stone on WW last year and have not put it back on but I had really stalled for 8 months. My fault I am sure.

PS My husband is doing it as well - he is an inventive cook. He has is the lightest he has been for a few years. Go For It!
