Hello and good evening to everyone out there......
Tomorrow I am seriously making a start on WW pro-points and with a lot of will power and support my aim is to lose around one and a half stone. ASAP!
I have done every type of diet known to mankind, with varying success. Last year I lost just over 3 stone using Cambridge which was fantastic - but taught me no life style lessons and I've put nearly one stone back on. So time for action - to lose that stone I've gained and hopefully a little bit more. I'm hoping that the weight watchers plan will help me gain control of what I eat (and more pertinent to me - drink!) and show me how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
I'm allowed 29 points per day and thinking I will probably be ok with this Sun - Thurs, but Fri and Sat night I like a drink, accompanied by some nice tasty nibbles in the form of nuts or doritos and a massive dinner!
I try to tell myself that nothing tastes as good as being slim feels - but I want it all!!!
