Diary of a Serial Dieter

Hello and good evening to everyone out there......

Tomorrow I am seriously making a start on WW pro-points and with a lot of will power and support my aim is to lose around one and a half stone. ASAP!

I have done every type of diet known to mankind, with varying success. Last year I lost just over 3 stone using Cambridge which was fantastic - but taught me no life style lessons and I've put nearly one stone back on. So time for action - to lose that stone I've gained and hopefully a little bit more. I'm hoping that the weight watchers plan will help me gain control of what I eat (and more pertinent to me - drink!) and show me how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

I'm allowed 29 points per day and thinking I will probably be ok with this Sun - Thurs, but Fri and Sat night I like a drink, accompanied by some nice tasty nibbles in the form of nuts or doritos and a massive dinner!

I try to tell myself that nothing tastes as good as being slim feels - but I want it all!!!

Well, I've made my start. Out of the blocks on day one and not too bad. Altho totm has turned up and I will be going for an official weigh in tomorrow so not sure how that will affect things. But I'm in the right frame of mind now to stick with this til christmas (she says.......) and see if I can shift that stone

Will report tomorrow with my official weight

xx

Hey! Welcome to the diary section. You sound focused which is good :) You said you enjoyed a drink and nibbles - you know you have the 49 weeklies points don't you? You can use them how you wish; a lot of people find that if they are socialising or wanting to drink at the weekends this helps :)
