For those struggling....Motivation....

that's a scary programme, it really puts things into perspective =/
 
I know!!! That's mental!!! That's half of a woman's recommended calorie intake!
One thing I have learnt since being on LT is I don't need massive portions. Yesterday was my first day being low-carb and I felt full all day, I didn't eat much at all (not sure if that was to do with the crap feeling of losing a bit of hair or what) even today, Im still feeling stuffed. Probs ketosis :) x
 
i love that programme and biggest losser and supersized vs superskinny all of that reminds me how i need to keep up with this
