Slimming world round 2!

Hi, new to forum so this is my first post....joined slimming world online a few months ago, started off well for a few weeks lost a few pounds then went waaaay off track! Back to my starting weight now but after seeing some pictures of myself recently I'm determined to lose the weight and stick at it! Thought I would come on here for inspiration/support as I don't go to a class!

Stuck to red/green days last time, didn't try ee...does anyone have any opinions on what works best? Need all the help I can get lol
 
Hi chuck that's sounds just like me. I started sw in June had lost 18lb by august. Went on holiday and ate what I wanted and carried that on till October. So I ended up putting back on 13lb. I'm back on track now and have lost 5lb in the past 2 weeks. I find I have better loses with red days but now the winters set in I seem to go for green. I've never tried e/e as I prefer to stick to what I know.
There's lots of groups on here you can join like the November challenge and sexy for Santa to give you mini goals to work for. Good luck x

Good luck with the new start! I'm starting again this week too, having done really well a few years ago on SW but since them I've put back on all the weight plus more!

I do the EE which worked really well for me, although I never quite worked out how when I was eating such lovely food.

There are lots of fantastic ideas on this forum so hopefully you'll never run out of new things to try!
