Morrisons bake in a bag

As anybody seen these?! They are new. U get seasoning and a baking bag which u chuck everything in and bake!
U can get a biryani one and an Italian pasta bake one. They look really good for a quick throw in the oven meal wen time is tight.
Does anybody know if they have a syn content? They don't have nutritional information on them and they're not on the website!!! It seems they mostly contain herbs and spices.

Help would be great!!!! Xx
