Puddings Sweet Tooth

I started SW today by myself as I am in Italy and they don't have clubs there..I have a lot of weight to lose!!! Could anyone give me any recipes that are syn free or low syn on a green day for a very sweet tooth??? I love chocolate!!! :p

What about:
Meringue nests = 2.5 syns

Syn free pancake

x3 Eggs2-3 Teaspoons sweetener (depending on own taste)
3-4 Drops of vanilla essence
Separate the white from the yolk and put into separate bowls, Whisk the egg white until fluffy and add the sweetener, In the other bowl add the vanilla essence then fold the yolk into the egg white.Heat a frying pan with frylight, add the mix and spread as you would a normal pancake (i made two out of this recipe) after a few mins flip over. For mine i like the normal old fashoined way of lemon and sugar but i substitute it with canderel.

Slimming world Cake

1 TUB QUARK
4 EGGS
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
4 TBSP SWEETNER (I ADDED LOT MORE LOL)
VANILLA ESSENCE (OR ANY)
FRESH FRUIT

SEPERATE THE EGGS

ADD THE YOLK, HALF THE QUARK,
BAKING POWDER, SWEETNER AND ESSENCE INTO A BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER AND SET ASIDE.

WHISK EGG WHITE TILL STIFF. WHISK HALF INTO THE MIXTURE THEN FOLD IN OTHER HALF.

USING A SWISS ROLL TIN SPRAY WITH FRY LIGHT ( I PUT GREASPROOF PAPER IN FIRST THE SPRAY SO DOESNT STICK) POUR THE MIXTURE IN AND BAKE AT
180 FOR 15 - 20 MINUTES. LEAVE TO COOL

IN A DISH ADD REMAINING QUARK ,SWEETNER, AND ESSENCE AND MIX TOGETHER.

REMOVE THE CAKE FROM TIN WHEN COOL SPREAD THE QUARK EVENLY, ADD FINELY CHOPPED FRUIT (I like STRAWBERRY but you can add anything. ROLL THE CAKE FROM ONE END. SLICE TO SERVE.

Lemon Mousse (makes 4 servings)
In a cup, pour 2 or 3 tablespoons of boiling water over 1 sachet of agar agar. Stir thoroughly until dissolved and set aside.
Separate 4 eggs, reserving the whites in a large bowl. Place the yolks in a microwaveable bowl, add the grated rind and juice of one lemon, 4 tablespoons water and a pinch of salt. Microwave on medium for 40 seconds, then stir in the agar agar.
Leave to cool, then stir in 4 level tablespoons of artificial sweetener.
Whisk the egg whites until they form peaks. Whisk in the fromage frais, then fold in the lemon mixture using a metal spoon.
Pour into 4 sundae glasses, then chill in the fridge until set.
