hi ive just joined this today and wanted to say hi ima 31yrold from middlesbrough really trying hard to lose weight and keep it off trying slimmingworld at the mo but have done weightwatchers too

Hi dizzylizzy,I also joined sw tonight! Iv only ever done ww so was very nervous about going on my own to a new group! .well I need not have worried! Lovely leader!! I'm going to try EE this week looks easy to follow.only problem is I'm on a burly night out on sat so am a bit worried about the alcohol intake ekkkk! Good luck x
