Hi, i've decided to come back to ww after a 3 week go on slimming world. I did so well on discovery plan when i started and lost 4 1/2 stones in just over a year but this last year since the change to propoints i've struggled and am now 1 st 4 lbs heavier again. Was so close to my target at one point and its slipping away. Didnt get on with the sw plan but now i've confused myself and cant remember the propoints (how daft in such a short time). Oh well back to my butternut squash i go ;-))
