Hi, i've decided to come back to ww after a 3 week go on slimming world. I did so well on discovery plan when i started and lost 4 1/2 stones in just over a year but this last year since the change to propoints i've struggled and am now 1 st 4 lbs heavier again. Was so close to my target at one point and its slipping away. Didnt get on with the sw plan but now i've confused myself and cant remember the propoints (how daft in such a short time). Oh well back to my butternut squash i go ;-))
 
I would try & clear my mind of everything & get the PP books out & give them a good old read. I didn't think I could do WW as I came from SW & lipotrim but I love the flexibility of WW & so far so good x
 
I was also doing really well on discover plan, then they changed it to pro points and I freaked out, not good with change!! Everything fell to pot and I gained a whale load more weight! After a break from any diet I am now on pro points and loving it, think I needed the break! Xxx
 
Hi tracer, I too used to follow the old ww plan and did it for years b4 attempting several other diets without success. Started ww properly again a few weeks ago and hav just started to get to grips with pro points. Found it hard to get my head round the fact that everything seemed to be twice as many points as b4 even though I know u get more daily points and weeklies! Stick at it and u will soon get the hang of it. This site really helps too and any questions u have just post them and someone is always there to help. Good luck!!! X
 
Thanks everyone, i think the fruit throws me out on pro points. I've had a read of my old books and thankfully i've got every daily food diary since i started to revisit. Fingers crossed i'll get back to losing cos its so embarrassing seeing all the people who praised my weight losses and now they watching me get fatter again----xx
