Stir Fry Sauces

Hello

I joined SW online last night and am stuggling already!

I have stir fry for tea a couple of times during the week, but the stir fry sauce I've been using from Morrisons is 14 syns.

Could anyone help me with a free or low syns stir fry sauce?

Welcome I use soy sauce!! I was using asda's garlic & soy sauce but I found it was a waste of syns. Use lots of herbs & spices & super free veggies!!

I've just purchased a stir fry sauce from Aldi - they have 3 varieties & works out about 6 syns per packet (plenty sauce)

Aldi stir fry sauces sound good. Are they in jars/packets and on the shelves or in the fridges?

just marinade with fresh ginger and garlic, and then add soy sauce. Completely free

I use soy sauce with Schwartz Chinese 5 Spice powder herbs (whatever they're called) and its scrummy
